Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! Since I worked all day today, I didn't do the traditional Corned Beef, Potates and Cabbage. Instead, I went with a green themed dinner. Here is the meal!
If you can't tell, we had Lemon chicken (with parsley--that was the green there), green mashed potatoes, and green beans. We also had some homemade cookies in the shape of shamrocks with green colored frosting. It was a great day and neither one of us were pinched. =)

If I would have seen either of you, I would have pinched you just for wearing green! You're too cute. Did you have green eggs and ham for breakfast too? =)
