So many things have happened this past month...the play I directed for the singles ward, a trip to see the Butlers, and random happenings in Palo Alto.

The bird that I've been seeing around campus for the past few weeks. The first time we saw him on a hike at the Dish, and thought he might have been fake. But then we saw him once after church, another time up at the Dish, and then once on my way to work. Since he's on Stanford campus, I named him Leland.

So we were cooking dinner one night, and this is what happened....
Below are pictures from the Memorial weekend trip to see the Butlers...

At a little fair.

Trenton and Dallas enjoying the arcade

Dallas at the petting zoo....he just took the food and went right up to the animals..no fear for this little man!!

Playing around with the kids....

Brotherly Love.

So sweet!

Parting ways at breakfast.

On our way home, we stopped at the vista point looking out at Mt. Shasta...a beautiful day!

Jackie and I the night of the musical.

My battery died, so I only got a few pictures and this was the best one. This is from the opening scene.."West Side Story." It was a broadway revue from various musicals (Music Man, Oklahoma, Annie, etc) tied together by a script. It was a great yet tiring experience.

The beautiful roses that Drew and the ward gave me.

A trip to the temple.

A fun temple shot!

Zenger family that I have known since I was 11. Celebrating Jordan's graduation from 8th grade. Soon to be PALY student...just like his dad and his favorite babysitter!!!

Drew and I with the graduate. One day he was 3, now he is 14, my the time flies...
