Ok, so I've been a serious slacker about updating the blog. I guess there are some exciting things going on, but I just don't get that excited I guess. Let's see....
I finished the winter semester. I plan on graduating in December this year, so I am taking classes during both spring and summer. All of my classes start at 4:00 p.m. and last 2 1/2 hours. Neither are very exciting, but I do enjoy a less crowded campus and nice warm weather.
Chad and I went and played golf last week in St. George and Las Vegas. The Hill's and McGiven's were nice enough to host us for a weekend. I shot 78-71-85 for anyone that cares. Yeah, I don't really know what happened that last day, but such is life. We also went down to the strip and played at GameWorks. We had a fun time watching the Jazz games and just hanging out.
Summer....
I plan on working for the Utah Flash throughout the summer. I will be doing PR work and Ticket Sales. Our off season stuff doesn't get too busy so I should have time to enjoy a bit of summer. I will be taking classes as well. I still would like to work full time for the Flash, and eventually the Frank Ghery Lehi Development when I graduate but I am waiting to see how that pans out. I also hope Jenna lets me play lots of golf this summer, since it will probably be the least busy summer for the next 40 years or so. Hopefully she will oblige.
Anyways, the world still spins here in Provo, Utah.

What we have been up to.....
So its been quite awhile since I'e posted. Drew had finals, EFY is getting insanely busy...where I am getting 45-50 hours a week now, and several guests have come into town. We did have a Palo Alto get together a few weeks ago, which was fun. Since its been starting to get warmer (even if its only for a day or two of the week), we decided to have an ice cream party. It was really fun and I am looking forward to the summer and making ice cream like Erin and I used to back in the old days. Some other things we have been up to...Drew and Chad went to St. George and Las Vegas during the few days inbetween winter and spring. They had a great time...they've been dying to go but with the long winter, they haven't been able to go yet. Now that warmer weather is supposed to come, hopefully they'll get to go out more. While they were gone, my friend Lindsay Schilaty from Palo Alto came for her brother's graduation and she got to stay with me. It was really fun, but due to Session Director training in SLC for EFY, I didn't get to see her as much as I would have liked. But it was really nice to see her and I hope we get to see one another again soon. Shannon arrived last weekend and she started school yesterday and seems to enjoy it. Drew likes his classes and enjoys the light load. A fun new thing with me is that I cut my hair quite a bit last week. I haven't taken any new pix yet, but as soon as I do, I'll post them. Hopefully sooner rather than later!

Midway Weekend Get Away
This past weekend we went with some of the Crew (Drew's high school gang) to Midway for some weekend fun. We stayed at a condo in the new Zermont resort (across from the Homestead) which Drew's friend Brandon's family has up there. It is something I am seriously talking to my parents about doing...it was so much fun! It was a BEAUTIFUL resort and condo.
We left Saturday afternoon with four other couples and headed up for a night away from home. Midway is just far enough away to feel like we were on vacation. The pictures below are at the Mountain House Grill on Main street. Pretty good food, but it just took way to long to come to us.

Jenna's Bday and Easter
Two weeks ago was quite the week! St. Patrick's Day, my birthday, then Easter! Too many sweet days all close to each other. The girls I work with took me out to lunch at the Olive Garden (thanks DeeAura and Lindsay!); I went to the in-laws and had a wonderful salmon/bacon wrapped asparagus/Macaroni Bread meal; came home to cake and ice cream with some family and friends. It was a wonderful birthday and even though I am away from the majority of my good friends, you all still made it special with your calls, emails, and cards. So thank you!

Ring Ceremony and Reception
After a few hours of rain, we were happy to see the sun come out in time for the Ring Ceremony and Reception at the Hill residence (Drew's best friend Chad's house). It was beautiful and could not have been any better. I am so thankful for everyone who came from all over the US to share that day with us. I was so blessed to have extending family on both sides, all of my college roommates involved (in either UT/CA), many Palo Alto friends...it is a celebration we will never forget.
Ring Ceremony. He said some wonderful things that Drew and I will never forget.
Singing with my bridesmaids, honorary bridesmaids, and flower girls
All of the roommates (except Tracy and Chad who was pregnantat the time...but they came to the CA reception). I was so blessed and happy
to have all of the roommates at my wedding.
Trenton was smiling just like his Oma was showing him to!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! Since I worked all day today, I didn't do the traditional Corned Beef, Potates and Cabbage. Instead, I went with a green themed dinner. Here is the meal!If you can't tell, we had Lemon chicken (with parsley--that was the green there), green mashed potatoes, and green beans. We also had some homemade cookies in the shape of shamrocks with green colored frosting. It was a great day and neither one of us were pinched. =)

Pictures from the Temple
I have had several friends ask us about pictures from our wedding and wanting to see them. Since our pictures aren't on online anymore and I can't figure out how to load them on facebook with the new Apple operating system, we're putting them up here. Some of you have already seen these, but here they are for everyone else:
Lauren, Avery, Jacob, Jordan (flower girls and older ring bearers)

It was an amazing day. It was all stormy and gloomy looking when we went into the temple that morning, but when we came out (as you can see) the sun was out. The perfect day for pictures...but then the storminess came back after the sealing...we were praying that it would be gone for the Ring Ceremony and Reception!!!
